Trotsade stormen o begav mej ut på en riktig promenad. Längesedan sist det verkligen kändes hur fettet brändes.. så jävla härligt. Väl hemma med hög puls fortsattes det med situps o annan hemmaträning. Kan inte mer än älska känslan. O förstår verkligen inte varför jag glömmer bort det emallanåt.
